HOUSTON, Robert Milton - Passed away suddenly at home on Thursday August 7th, 2014 in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Joan Houston (nee Oostenbrug). Loved father of Charlie Houston (Terri) , Sues Houston, Minnie Ball (Greg), and Billy Houston (Patrick). Cherished grandfather of Sarah, Samantha, Michelle, Dylan, Rob, Jesse, Julian, Meghan, Bailey and great-grandfather of Delilah and Jessica. Dear brother of John Houston (Barb), Joe Houston, Mary Froese (Jake) and Sam Houston (Val). Loved son-in-law of Fryke Oostenbrug. Will also be missed by his sister-in-law Hendrika Matheson (Lorne), his brother-in-law Eric Oostenbrug (Wendy) and his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Jack and Jessie Houston and his brother Al Houston. Friends are invited to meet with the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004) on Monday August 11, 2014 from 2 - 5pm. A Celebration of Bob's Life will be held following the visitation at the Unifor (CAW) Hall, 126 Beale Street, Woodstock . Private family interment later at Harris Street Cemetery.
