FUGARD - At Kensington Village, London, on March 25, 2009, Robert Percy Fugard formerly of Toronto in his 97th year passed away after a courageous battle with failing health and a struggle with cancer. Beloved husband of the late Isabelle (nee McMillan) Fugard (1992). Dear son of the late Helena Fugard (1993) and brother of the late Reginald Fugard (2008). Bob will be lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Bob served in the Royal Canadian Air Force and was a member of Queen City Lodge in Toronto. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, (519-539-0004), on Wednesday, April 1, 2009 after 1:00 pm where the memorial service will be held in the chapel at 1:30 pm with Rev. Stephen Hershey officiating. Interment later in the Presbyterian Cemetery.
