ELVIN-RAGGETT- Robert Elvin-Raggett (Salvation Army Court Chaplain Brampton) in his 79th year. On August 12th entered gently and peacefully into the presence of his Beloved Lord. Dearest husband and sweetheart for 55 years of Mavis. Devoted father of Gareth (Linda) of Brooklin and Heather of Woodstock. Precious Papa to Elizabeth, Robert, Steven, Taylor, David, and Lisa. Predeceased by baby granddaughter Jessie Elvin-Raggett (1992). The funeral service will be held on Monday August 16th at 1:30 pm at the Salvation Army Church 769 Juliana Dr., Woodstock with Major Ralph Hewlett officiating. Cremation.
