BENNETT, Robert John "Bob" - Passed away peacefully at Woodstock Hospital on Saturday November 24th 2018 in his 72nd year, with family by his side. Beloved husband of 51 years to Jean Bennett (nee Lichty). Loved father of Rob (Ann) Bennett and Debi Luna. Cherished grandfather of Julia and Jake; Jadyn and Tyson. Also sadly missed by Nick Luna. Dear brother-in-law of Dorothy Ryder, Joyce (Frank) Bonin, David (Judy) Lichty, Bev (Fatima) Lichty and Pat (Marty) VanEngen. Also survived by several nieces and nephews and their families. Predeceased by brothers-in-law Robert Lichty, Leroy Lichty and John Ryder. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004) on Sunday December 2nd 2018 at 2:00 pm. A celebration of life will follow in the Brock and Visser Tribute Lounge. If desired, contributions to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Lung Association would be appreciated.
