Rita (Curtis) Carter

CARTER - At Woodingford Lodge on Saturday September 29, 2007. Rita Carter of Woodstock in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late William John Carter (1991). Dear mother of John of Hickson, Terry of Prince George, B.C., Pat and his wife Helen of Embro, Christine and her husband Robert Murovec of Kitchener and Michael and his wife Wendy of Brockville. Loved grandmother to nine grandchildren and one great grandchild. She is also predeceased by all her brothers and sisters. Rita was a longtime member of the C.W.L. at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church (Holy Trinity Catholic Parish). As per her wishes, cremation has taken place. Friends may call at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, (519-539-0004) on Tuesday October 2, 2007 at 11:30am, where a celebration of Rita's life will take place with Father Richard Dales officiating.
