Phillips, Richardt Donald Lorne – Passed away peacefully at V.O.N. Sakura House in Woodstock on Monday, March 28th, 2022. Dear husband of Elizabeth “Beth” née Bruce for 59 years. Cherished father of Steve and Darlene Phillips of Woodstock, David Phillips of London. Loving grandfather of Cody and Ashley Phillips of Kintore. Loving brother of Myrna Town, Elwood Phillips, and sister-in-law Donna Phillips. Loved nephew of Don and Margaret Phillips.  Dear cousin of Brenda Clausen, Donna (John) Eacott, Gerald Sanders and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Albert Lorne and Hilda, his brother George (2012), brother-in-law Jim Town (2002) and sister-in-law Marie (2018). Richardt was a dedicated employee of Fisher Controls for more than 34 years. He could be found doing Wood Shows all over Ontario and was a member of the NCHA Oxford Rovers Association for many years and a long-time member at the Church of the Epiphany. The biggest love of his life was riding down the highway on his pride and joy, his motorbike! Cremation has taken place. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family on Saturday, April 9th from 10:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m. at the Church of the Epiphany, 560 Dundas Street, Woodstock where the complete memorial funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Interment at the Harris Street Cemetery in Ingersoll will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions to V.O.N. Sakura house would be appreciated and may be arranged through the Brock and Visser Funeral Home (519-539-0004).
