Richard William "Dick" Steinhoff

STEINHOFF- At the London Health Sciences Centre - University Campus on Sunday July 2, 2006. Richard (Dick) William Steinhoff of Woodstock in his 65th year. Beloved husband of Carol Jane Steinhoff (nee Highley). Dick and Carol were married for 45 years. Dear son of Mervin and Mary Steinhoff of Woodstock. Loved father of Sherry Hooper and her husband Dan of Exeter and Janet Briggs and her husband Paul of Woodstock. Loving grandfather of: Jason, Danial, Elyssa, Diane and Darlene; Jordan, Chloe Rayne, Emily, Spencer, Adrian and Chloe Olivia and several great grandchildren. Dick is survived by his brothers Ron and his wife Brenda of Florida and Ken and his wife Sharon of Norwich and by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and by his special friend John Lightbody . Cremation has taken place. Friends may call at the R. D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave. Woodstock, (519-539-0004) on Wednesday July 5, 2006 from 2-4 pm. A celebration of Dick's life will be held at the Craigowan Golf and Country Club on Thursday from 4-6:00 pm with a presentation at 6:00 pm where friends are welcome to share in his memory.
