Reg James Prow

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Reginald (Reg) Prow, on January 22, 2025, at the age of 63. Born and raised in Innerkip, Reg remained a lifelong resident of Woodstock and Innerkip, deeply connected to the community he loved. From a young age, he discovered comfort and happiness in the beauty of the area, sparking a lasting appreciation and a deep nostalgia for the past. His passions extended to cars and music, two constants in his life that brought him immense happiness.

Reg was a kind-hearted and gentle soul, known for his warm smile and blasting AC/DC. He had a unique ability to connect with people and brought light into the lives of everyone he met. Whether it was through sharing stories, enjoying time in nature, or simply being there when someone needed a listening ear, Reg’s care for others was unwavering. He held his friendships and family close to his heart and created countless memories that will be treasured by all who were fortunate to know him.

Reg is survived by his loving daughters, Amanda and Natasha, who will carry forward his legacy of love, strength, and kindness. He was a devoted and proud grandfather to River and Lakelynn, whose smiles and laughter were his greatest sources of joy. Reg's family was the centerpiece of his life, and his unwavering support and affection will remain with them forever. Reg will be reunited with his best friend, Trent, who passed away two years ago. Their bond was one of unwavering friendship, built on shared adventures, laughter, and mutual support. Trent’s presence in Reg’s life brought strength and comfort, and the impact of their friendship will endure in the hearts of those who knew them both. Reg will be deeply missed by his sister, Valerie, and his nephew, Logan. He also leaves behind a wide circle of friends who shared unforgettable moments with him, whether it was long conversations, shared laughs, or quiet moments of reflection.

Ride on, Dad. Your love and spirit will remain with us always. You will forever be in our hearts.

We invite you to join us in honouring Reg's life at a special gathering on February 16th.
When: Sunday, February 16th, from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM 
Where: Le Petite Chapelle, 153 Blantford St, Innerkip, ON, N0J 1M0

This will be an occasion to come together, share stories, and celebrate the joy Reg brought to all of us.
