WAUGH, Raymond Joseph - Passed away peacefully at Maple Manor Home, Tillsonburg, on Monday March 21st, 2016 in his 68th year. Father of Shawn and Ian Waugh. Beloved brother of Robert Waugh, Mount Forest, ON., Dawncheryl Foster, Oakville, ON., and Rick Waugh of Woodstock. Raymond is survived by several nieces, a nephew, his Uncle Phillip and Aunt Bev and many cousins. Special uncle to Jennifer Powell. Raymond was predeceased by his parents Robert and Margaret Waugh. Cremation has taken place. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.
