Phyllis Aileen Sager

SAGER, Phyllis Aileen - It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Phyllis Aileen Sager peacefully at Sakura House, on Thursday August 2, 2018 in her 77th year. Phyllis will be missed by her husband Eric Sager and her children Wayne Scott (Liz) Aileen Scott, Janet Van Loon. Step-children David (Julie) and Ken (Ange). Cherished grandma of Debbie Hilderley (Mark), Johnny and Keanna. Step- grandma of Adam, Cameron, Travis and Cody. Beloved GG of Tenley, Kaia, Anastasia and Travis Jr. Sister of Joyce, Helen, Kenny and Earl. Survived by her many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. Phyllis was predeceased by her parents John and Muriel, brother Gerald and step grandson Cole. Phyllis was an active member with the Loyal Order of the Moose Chapter 1012 and devoted Christian. Cremation has taken place. Friends are invited to join the family at Dundas Street United Church, 285 Dundas Street, Woodstock, (519-537-7935) on Wednesday, August 8th, 2018, from 10 am - 12 pm for a time of visitation where the service will take place at 12 pm. A private interment will be held at a later date in Newington, Ontario. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to VON Sakura House would be greatly appreciated and may be arranged through the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004).
