SMITH, Phyllis - Peacefully at Woodingford Lodge Woodstock on Tuesday May 3rd 2011. Phyllis R. Smith (nee LaSalle) of Woodingford Lodge and formerly of RR # 8 Woodstock in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of the late Frederick "Fred" Smith (2007). Dear mother of Gloria Smith of Toronto, Brenda Nancekivell and her husband Kenny of Thamesford, Sheila Picknell of Woodstock and Tammy Smith of Toronto. Loved grandmother of Nathan, Chad, Chandra, Justin and Zianne. Dear sister of Vernon LaSalle and his wife Marion, Violet Folk and Edna Beale and survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by six brothers and one sister. Friends may call at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Friday May 6, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 2:00 pm with Pastor Phil Cole officiating.
