MARTIN, Phyllis G. - At People Care Nursing Home, Tavistock on Sunday March 16, 2014. Beloved wife of the late William Whitfield Martin (1990). Dear mother of Dorothy Christo, Jean Nudds (Michael), Sandra "Sam" Martin, Albert (Sharon), Dennis (Margie). Larry (Marilyn), Garry (Keith) and mother-in-law to Douglas Wenzel and Nancy Martin. Loved grandmother of eighteen grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren and is survived by her cousin in England and by many nieces and nephews in Canada and England. Phyllis will be fondly remembered by John and Katie General. Predeceased by her daughter Lillian Wenzel (2012), her son William "Billy" Martin (2011) and by her son-in-law Fred Christo (2010). Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Wednesday March 19, 2014 from 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm, where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 1:00 pm. Interment later in the Anglican Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to the Alzheimer Society or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
