JOHNSON - At Woodstock General Hospital on Thursday March 16, 2006. Peter M. J. Johnson of Woodstock and formerly of Pickering in his 64th year. Beloved father of Douglas Whittle of Toronto and Bonnie Simard and her husband Lionel of Woodstock. Loved grandfather of Jackie, Julie and James all of Woodstock. Dear brother of Arthur Johnson and his wife Virginia of Scarborough, Eileen Cramer ( late husband Jim) of Keswick and Marilyn Filice of Mississauga. Beloved uncle of many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sister Gail Tufford. Peter was a great lover of music and played guitar for many years. He enjoyed travelling and the comradery of friends. Peter had worked for over 30 years with Honeywell as a systems analyst. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Avenue, Woodstock (519-539-0004) on Sunday March 19, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A mass of the resurrection will be held at the Holy Trinity Catholic Community Church (St. Rita Catholic Church), Dundas St., Woodstock on Monday at 11:00 am. Interment later in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery. Contributions to the London Regional Cancer Clinic would be appreciated. Parish prayers will be held at the funeral home on Sunday afternoon at 4:00 pm.
