EMMANS - At the Woodstock General Hospital on Wednesday December 17, 2008. Peter Charles Emmans of Woodstock in his 74th year. Beloved husband of Helen M. (nee Tait) Emmans for over 50 years. Dear father of Peter Emmans of Woodstock and Rob Emmans and his wife Linda of Wasaga Beach. Loved grandfather of Billy (Kerry), Lettica (Steve), Tommy, Bobby and great grandfather of Mckenzie. Dear brother of Valerie Grant and her husband Rod and brother-in-law of George Ridley Tait and his wife Vivienne. Peter was a member of the HASC ( Historical Automobile Society of Canada) and the CVMC (Canadian Vintage Motorcycle Club). His passion of music could be heard when he played the trombone or the piano. Friends may call at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Tuesday December 30, 2008 after 10:00 am where the memorial service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday at 11:00 am.
