Pearl Elaine Naylor, was born under a summer sun on the 2nd day of June in the year 1958, in the tranquil town of Woodstock, Ontario. In the same town, where she first drew breath, she also drew her last on the 27th day of August, in the year 2023.
Pearl, a woman of great heart and spirit, was the beloved mother of Jamie Jacques and Joshua Naylor. She held in high regard her son-in-law Darrin Jacques, and her heart overflowed with love for her grandchildren, Ashton and Autumn. Pearl was the cherished sister of Carol, Huey, Wanda, and the late Marty, Vivian, Gene, and Marilyn. She was the beloved daughter of the late Dorothy and Hubert. To Brenda, a dear friend, she was a beacon of light and a source of unending support.
Pearl, a woman of simple pleasures, held a special place in her heart for her cat, Cupid. Like the god of love after whom the feline was named, Cupid brought joy and warmth into Pearl's life. Her love for Cupid was a testament to her gentle and caring nature, a nature that endeared her to all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Her life was a rich tapestry of love and kindness, woven with threads of compassion and understanding. Pearl was a woman of strength and grace, who faced life's challenges with a brave heart and a serene soul. She was a beacon of light in the lives of those around her, illuminating their paths with her wisdom and love.
Pearl's life was a testament to the power of love and the strength of the human spirit. She faced the trials and tribulations of life with courage and grace, always finding a reason to smile, a reason to hope. She was a woman of unwavering faith and unyielding strength, a woman who believed in the power of love and the beauty of life.
In the grand play of life, Pearl played many roles - a doting mother, a loving grandmother, a caring sister, a loyal friend. But above all, she was a woman of great heart and spirit, a woman who left an indelible mark on the hearts of those she loved.
As we bid adieu to Pearl, let us not dwell on her departure, but rather celebrate her life. Let us remember her not with sorrow, but with joy, for she lived a life full of love and happiness. Let us remember her as she was - a woman of strength, a woman of grace, a woman of love.
And so, as the final curtain falls on Pearl's life, let us take a moment to remember her, to celebrate her, to honor her. For in her life, she was a beacon of light, a source of strength, a wellspring of love. And in her passing, she leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness that will continue to inspire and uplift all who knew her. Farewell, Pearl, until we meet again.
