KING- Pearl Irene King (nee Caldwell), formerly of Woodstock, passed away peacefully on Sunday March 25, 2007, surrounded by her loving family at University Hospital, London, in her 77th year. Predeceased only hours before by her beloved husband Ken. Dear mother of Wendy Harte-Maxwell (Dan) of London, Debra Kavcic (Peter) of St. Thomas, Karen Russell (Rob), and Christine Koustrup (Michael) all of London. Loving grandmother of Peter, Matthew, Francessca Kavcic, Brianna and Curtis Russell, and Derik Koustrup. Dear sister of Rev. J. Mark Caldwell and his wife Carole of Calgary. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brothers Robert, Jackie, Bill, and Jim (Glenna). Pearl was employed at F.W. Woolworth, a longtime Nurse's Aid at Woodingford Lodge, Woodstock, a member of Learning Unlimited and a past board member of the Church of the Nazarene. Friends will be received at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Wednesday March 28, 2007 from 2:30 - 4:30 and 7-9 pm. A celebration of Pearl's life will take place in the funeral home chapel on Thursday at 11:00 am with Rev. J.C. Sorzano officiating. Interment in the Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery.
