STEVENS, Paula - Passed away surrounded by her loving family, at University Hospital in London, on Sunday, November 19th, 2023 in her 79th year. Beloved wife and best friend of the late Gary Shipley Stevens (2019). Cherished mother to Dianne (Dale) Fischer, Lorrie (Blair) Stevens, Jenny (Jeff Smith) Stevens and Mark (Kim) Stevens. Loving “Mum” of Brayden (Bryanna), Devon (Marley) Fischer and Laura Feltz (Devon); Garan (Madelyn Taylor) and Kianna Stevens; Kendall (Grayden Mills), Danica, and Bryce (Abby Naus) Egan, Laney and Maddox Smith; Evan and Jordin Stevens. Proud G.G. to Aubrey, Claire and Beauden Fischer. Dear sister of Bette (Bill) Parker and predeceased by siblings Mary Does, John, Aubrey and Rene Vanderbeeten.  Paula was a mom to more than her own and a supportive friend to many.  She will be remembered for her endless capacity for love.  She was a talented seamstress, baker and health care worker with a willingness to carve out time for anyone at any time.  The family will receive friends and relatives at CHALMERS UNITED CHURCH, 842991 Road 84, Kintore on Friday, December 8 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm and the service will be held Saturday, December 9 at 4pm, also at Chalmers. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation or Chalmers United Church Kintore.
