CHESNEY- Paul -Peacefully at his home, after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday January 23rd 2013. Paul John Chesney of RR # 2 Innerkip in his 48th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Kathleen Ann Chesney (nee Hilderley). Cherished father of Andrea, Garett, Jillian and Shauna. Loved son of Bill and Nancy Chesney and son-in-law of Ron and Winnie Hilderley all of Innerkip. Dear brother of Rob (Maria) Chesney of Innerkip, Mary (Tom) Scott of Manitoulin Island, Bill (Kathy) Chesney of Innerkip, Peter (Amanda) Chesney of Princeton, New Jersey and brother-in-law of Ken (Thuy) Hilderley of Waterloo. Sadly missed by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Waiting to greet him in heaven are grandparents Jane and William Chesney, Ellen and Robert Adams, his sister-in-law Brenda Conn and nephew Robbie. For Paul farming was his true vocation, family was his true joy, and faith was his foundation. He was an avid hockey fan, player and trainer for his son Garett's hockey teams over the years. Friends will be received at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock on Sunday January 27th 2013 from 1- 4 and 7 - 9 pm. The funeral service will be held at the Innerkip United Church on Monday January 28th 2013 at 11:00 am with Rev. Maya Landell officiating. Spring interment at Innerkip Cemetery.
