WAKEFIELD, Patricia Jean - Passed away at the Woodstock Hospital on Friday, November 17, 2017 in her 89th year. Beloved wife of Earl Herman Wakefield. Dear mother of Barbara (Robert) Reid and Donald (Donna) Wakefield. Loving grandmother of Heather, Jay, Liz, Brett (Brittany) and Chelsea. Dear sister of Anne (Stuart) Lloyd.
