Patricia Joan (Longworth) Provost

Patricia Joan Provost (May 5, 1937 - May 25, 2011) Patricia Joan Provost (Longworth) born 5/5/37 in Ingersoll, Ontario to William and Addie Longworth. Graduated form Queens University in 1960 and became a science teacher, teaching biology, physics and chemistry. In 1963 she married Lawrence V. Provost and enjoyed 43 years together before his death in 2006. Pat and Larry moved to Kentucky in 1969 and then to Texas in 1982 where they raised their four children. Pat worked for the Lewisville Independent School District for 17 years before retiring in 2008. Pat was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence V. Provost; her parents William and Addie Longworth; sister Annie Hardy; brother Archie Longworth, brother-in-law Doug Hardy; fathers-in-law Harvey Provost and Omer Charron, mother-in-law Clara Charron; Brothers-in-law Don Provost, Bob Provost, sisters-in-law Carol Provost and Delores Provost. Pat is survived and cherished by her children; son John Provost and wife Paula; daughter Anne Louise Flammont; daughter Nicole Hightower and husband Ryan; daughter Jill Steinbach and husband Shane. Further survived by sister-in-law Anna Longworth, brother-in-law Hector Provost and wife Mary Lousie; brother-in-law Len Provost and wife Joyce; brother-in-law Art Provost; sister-in-law Donna Provost. She is also survived by grandchildren Tamanie, Bobby, Madeline, Jonathan, Alex, Chrystal, Daniel, Tatum, Ava and Adeline, as well as several loving in-laws and nieces and nephews.
