Pat passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at VON Sakura Hospice on February 16, 2025, at the age of 84. Loving mother of Philip and Trudy Cousins, “Sam” Earl and Kathy Cousins, Sherry Russell, Holly and the late Brad Stewart, Dian and Terry Hodgins, Darlene and Steve Phillips. Cherished grandmother of Vashti (Mike) Cousins, Sheldon Cousins, Ian (Tammy) Baran, Kyle (Kristen) Cousins, Megan Monk, Jessie (Jordan) Larin, Josh (Carina) Crawford, Justin (Mayra) Crawford, Cody (Ashley) Phillips.  Proud great-grandmother of Allan Cousins, Branden Baran, Breanna Cousins, Avery Cousins, Ben Monk, Xander Monk, Maverick Monk, Autumn Crawford, Zane Crawford, Mateo Puffer, Noah Crawford, Valerie Phillips. Dear sister of “Earl” George and Sue Williams, Wanda and Tom Lively and the late Doreen Metcalfe. Pat will also be missed by many other extended family members and friends. She was predeceased by her parents George and Maxine Williams. Pat enjoyed gardening, fishing, and bird watching, above all else she loved her family. The family will receive friends for a Celebration of Pat's Life at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Avenue, Woodstock, (519-539-0004), on Thursday, February 20, 2025, from 2pm - 4pm.
