MOORE (IZZARD)- Patricia Anne- At Brantford General Hospital on Monday, March 23rd 2015. Patricia Anne Moore of Brantford in her 65th year. Beloved daughter of the late Harold Mervin (1971) and Joyce Elizabeth Mary Moore (2009). Dear mother of Tina- Marie White, Sandra Diane Izzard and Cara Lynne Smith. Cherished grandmother of Crystal, Sonya, Alicia, Meagan and Natalie and Gramma the Great of Zekeconna and Mia. Dear sister of Michael John Moore, Diane Lynne (Bob) Carson, David Lawrence (Ciji) Moore. Also survived by her uncle Harry (Nadene) Moore as well as several nieces and nephews. Patricia was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 55 Woodstock since 1971. Friends may call at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave. Woodstock (519-539-0004) on Thursday March 26th 2015 from 7-9 pm and Friday March 27th 2015 from 10-11 am where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday at 11:00 am with Rev.
