COLLINS- At the Woodstock General Hospital on Saturday May 27, 2006. Owen James Arthur Collins in his 87th year. Predeceased by his late wife Irene E. Collins nee Ostell (2002). Loved father of Barry and his wife Karon of Waterloo, Judith Welch and her husband Charles of Strathroy, and Michael and his wife Shannon of Tillsonburg. Loved grandfather of six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Dear brother of Betty Jean Schroder and her husband Milton of London. Predeceased by brother Wilbur Collins. Owen was a member of the O.P.P. Veterans Association and served during WW II. Friends may call at the R. D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (539-0004) on Tuesday from 7-9 pm where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday at 1:30 pm with Rev. Eleanor Caruana officiating. Interment later in the Anglican Cemetery. Contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated.
