Orville Earl Dean

DEAN - At the Woodstock General Hospital on Monday August 25, 2003. O. Earl Dean of Parkinson Rd., Woodstock in his 71st year. Beloved husband of the late M. Ruth M. Dean (nee Beckham). Dear father of Velda Couch and her husband Ken of Beachville, Deb Dean, Kim Dean, Lynden Dean and his wife Jolan, Kathy Dean and Rodney Dean all of Woodstock. Loved grandfather of twelve grandchildren. Dear brother of Elaine Martin of Woodstock and Fred Dean and his wife Delores of Port Bruce and will be sadly missed by Taffy and Gemini. Earl was a member of the Oxford County Naval Veterans Assoc. Predeceased by his daughter Katherine (1961), his brothers Larry (1972), Terrance (1968) and by his sister Velda (1938). Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 539-0004, on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9pm., where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 1:30pm with Rev. Kirby Constable officiating. Interment in the Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery. Contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
