Olga Zilke

ZILKE - At her residence on Thursday December 30, 2004. Olga Zilke of Woodingford Lodge, Woodstock and formerly of Parkinson Rd., Woodstock in her 98th year. Beloved daughter of the late Adolph and Dora (nee Smith) Zilke. Dear sister of the late Bertha Kern and her late husband Herman, the late Henry Zilke and his late wife Helen, and the late Dan Zilke and his late wife Tillie. Olga is survived by her nieces and nephews : Rita Cole and husband Charlie, Doris Murray and husband Alex, Lila Richardson and husband Tom, Vi Curry and husband Grant, Ivan Zilke and wife Deb all of Woodstock, Myrna Tolley and her late husband Ron of Barrie, Allan Zilke and his wife Lois of Bright, Maria Zilke and her late husband Elmer of Hickson, Artrude McGrath and her husband Morley of St. George, Gary Zilke and wife Shirley of Embro, Norman Kern, Bernice Harsh, Eleanor Price, Milton Kern, Delvira Teske, Carrie Hirsh, Marie Dojan and by her many great nieces, great nephews, 2 great great great Nieces and 2 great great great nephews. Olga is also predeceased by her nephews Greg Zilke, Wilf Zilke, Dennis Zilke and Edwin Kern. Olga had been a long time member of the Oxford St. Baptist Church, Woodstock and was the last surviving member of her own family. A funeral service to celebrate Olga's life will be held at the Oxford St. Baptist Church, 278 Hunter St., Woodstock on Monday January 3, 2005 at 11:00 am with Pastor Brian Stewart officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment in the Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery.
