WOODCROFT, Norma - At the Woodstock Hospital, on Wednesday August 28, 2013. Norma Elaine (nee Wright) Woodcroft of Woodstock in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late William James Woodcroft (2009). Dear mother of Sharon Gannon (Peter) and Barbara Bennie all of Woodstock. Loved grandmother of Megan Saunders (Tyler), Jake Bennie, Lauren Bennie, Brianne Gannon and Sean Gannon. Cherished great grandmother to Hunter William, Brooklyn Ava and Carter Matthew. Dear sister-in-law to Maryanne Crowthier of Orillia. Norma was a veteran of WW II serving with the RCAF, Women's Division. She was the first woman to sign on in Canada at the age of 19 years old. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Saturday August 31, 2013 from 10:00 -11:00 am, where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 11:00 am with Rev.
