Norene (Matheson) Currah

CURRAH- Peacefully at Woodstock General Hospital surrounded by her family on Sunday July 1st 2007. Norene Currah (nee Matheson) of Innerkip in her 90th year. Survived and already deeply missed by her loving husband of 65 years, Tom. Cherished mother of Brian (Brenda), Marianne MacDonald (John) and Jeffrey. She was adored and will be missed by her grandchildren, Travis Allison (Beth), Sarah Jane Vandelaar (Mike), Chad Currah (Mary Rea), Wade Currah (Natalie), Amy Currah (Michael) and Mark Currah. Loved great grandmother of Nathan, Noah and Isaac. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters Willis, Irene, Mary and Bruce. Norene was a lifetime member of Innerkip Presbyterian Church. She immersed herself in family, church and community life. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave. Woodstock (519-539-0004) Wednesday 2:30 - 4:30 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at Innerkip Presbyterian Church Thursday at 2:00 pm with Rev. Chris Little officiating. Interment Innerkip Cemetery.
