McCREADY, Nelson Robert - Passed away peacefully at the Woodstock Hospital, with family at his side, on Sunday December 24th 2017. Nelson McCready of Woodstock in his 76th year. Beloved husband of Helen McCready (nee Garton) Dear father of Earl McCready (Elinor), Angie Beauchamp (Randy), Cathy Beaton (Jim), Rob McCready (Simone), Rick McCready (Lori), David McCready, Gavin Hooton, and Cheryl Wettlaufer (Andy). Cherished grandfather of 16 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Marion, Allan, Betty-Ann and Ed. Also survived by his family in England, friends of Habitat for Humanity, and by the support of his extended family. Predeceased by his parents Kenneth Lloyd and Greta McCready, daughter Tara and his brother Harry. Friends are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Wednesday December 27th 2017 from 2:30-4:30 , where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday December 28th 2017 at 11:00 am.
