HART- At her residence on Wednesday, July 18, 2007. Nellie I. Hart (nee Sandick) of Caressant Care Nursing Home and formerly of R.R.# 3 Woodstock in her 98th year. Beloved wife of the late Alexander (Alex) S. Hart (1975). Dear mother of Gerald and his wife Alice of Woodstock, Nancy Steven and her husband Basil of Forest, and James of R.R.# 3 Woodstock. Loved grandmother of Lisa McEwen (Allan), David Steven (Patti), Craig Steven, and Scott Steven (Christine). Dear step-grandmother of Dorleen Noels (Dennis), Margery Lamb (Dwaine) and great grandmother of Chad, Mark, Krista, Ryan, Christopher, Danielle, Nicholas, Alexander and Colin. Predeceased by her daughter Patricia a brother Gordon Sandick and a sister Irene Hall. Nellie and her husband farmed on the 9th Line East Zorra Tavistock for many years, she was a longtime member of Chalmers United Church Woodstock, life member of Woodstock North Women's Institute and life member of Zorra 10th Line Women's Institute. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004) Sunday 2-4 pm and Monday after 12:30 pm where the funeral service will be held in the chapel Monday at 1:30 pm.
