McCarthy - At the Woodstock General Hospital on Friday October 16, 2009. Neil B. M. McCarthy of Woodstock in his 58th year. Beloved husband of Deb (nee Schnare) McCarthy and the late Judy (nee Dale) McCarthy (2001). Dear step father of Kelly Maloney of Woodstock and Ryan Maloney of Toronto. Loved step grandfather of Priscilla, Noah and Aryson. Dear brother of Anne McCarthy (Bob Calder) of Victoria, BC, Mary McCarthy of St. Catharines and uncle to Julia Calder, Sarah Bevan (Mike) and great uncle of Ashley and Emma. Neil is also survived by his mother-in-law Marjorie Schnare (late Hiram Frederick - 2001) of Woodstock and by his sisters-in-law Ruth, Doris and Kim. Predeceased by his parents Neil and Jean McCarthy. Neil was an avid Muscle Car and NASCAR fan, especially # 9, Kasey Kane. Friends may call at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock 519-539-0004 on Tuesday October 20, 2009 after 12:30 pm where the complete memorial service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday at 1:30 pm with Rev.
