Myrtle Laurene (Clifford) Jouffret

JOUFFRET, Myrtle Laurene - of Cedarview Retirement Living Centre, Woodstock, passed away peacefully at Sakura House, Woodstock on Tuesday December 2nd, 2014 in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Sidney Jouffret (2007). Loving mother of Luella Barath (Paul McKnight), Mary Ellen Weatherhead (Bill) and mother-in-law to Carl Silke. Loved grandmother of Carla Silke, Margo (Colin) Baldwin, Stephen (Jen) Barath, Kathleen (Ryan) Tevlin, Laura Barath, Jen Wetherhead, Jodi Weatherhead and great-grandmother of Meredith Baldwin, Eric Baldwin and Eleanor Barath. Cherished sister of Marion Dale. Predeceased by her daughter Laurene Silke (1990) and siblings Laura Blancher, Mildred Millard, Howard Clifford, Murray Clifford, Russell Clifford, and Warren Clifford. Myrtle will be remembered for her diligent fundraising and volunteer work with several community charities. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Brock &Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Thursday December 4th, 2014, 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 pm, where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday December 5th, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. Interment later in the Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery, Woodstock.
