LOGAN, Mac -Peacefully at the Sakura House, Woodstock on Sunday August 17th, 2014. Murray Macklyn "Mac" Logan in his 84th year. Beloved husband of Barbara (nee Start) Logan for over 59 years. Dearly loved father of Deborah Watt, Suzanne Murphy (Jim), Brian (Darlene), Janet Birkby, Carol Logan (Allyson), and Heather Frolick (Matthew) Cherished grandfather of Angela (Jonathan Hatto), Kyle, Lauren, Lindsay, Kristen, Allyson, Becky, Justin, Katherine, Logan, Connor and Caius. Proud great-grandfather of Benaiah, Jonas, Evelyn and Emily. Mac is also survived by sisters-in-law: Verna Logan, Catherine (Bob) Furlong and Donna (Wayne) Brown and Barbara Start, brother-in-law: Earl (Jean) Start, many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by his parents Murray and Reba (nee Coneybeare) and his brother Vaughn. Mac was Past President of Holstein Canada and was a United Empire Loyalist (U.L.). Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Tuesday August 19, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday at 11:00 am with Rev. Chris Little officiating. Interment in the Pleasantview Cemetery, Curries. If desired, memorial donations to Sakura House or Innerkip Presbyterian Church would be appreciated.
