Thorne, M. Joyce – Passed away peacefully at the Woodstock Hospital on Sunday, September 29th, 2019, in her 93rd year. Predeceased by her beloved husband Walter and their son, Ken. Cherished mother of Trudy and Wendy (special friend Jerry Urbshott). Loving mother-in-law to Karen Ferguson. Also survived by her many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Joyce was a longtime member of All Saints Church and Church of the Epiphany. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004) on Thursday, October 3rd, 2019 from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm. The funeral service will then take place in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Heart and Stroke foundation or Sakura House would be appreciated and may be arranged through the funeral home.
