Mitchell Allen Skillings

September 19, 2003 — June 19, 2024

Mitchell Allen Skillings, a cherished soul known for his kindness, courage, and spirited nature, passed away peacefully on June 19, 2024, in Innerkip, Ontario. Born in Woodstock, Ontario, on September 19, 2003. Loving and devoted son of Dave and Monica Skillings, Mitchell's life was a testament to the joy and warmth he brought into the lives of those around him.

Mitchell grew up alongside his loving brother William. He will be missed by his grandmother, Sharon Skillings predeceased by his grandparents Thomas Skillings, as well as his maternal grandparents, Ladislav Juhaszi and Carol Dewey.

He is survived by aunts and uncles, cousins and, many many friends.

From a young age, Mitchell was drawn to the simplicity and beauty of farm life. His passion for agriculture was evident to all who knew him, as he spent his days as a co-op student milking cows with a dedication that spoke volumes of his love for the work. His affinity for driving tractors was more than just a hobby; it was a reflection of his connection to the land and the community he held so dear.

As we bid farewell to Mitchell Allen Skillings, we celebrate the legacy he leaves behind—a legacy of love, hard work, and the indomitable spirit that characterized his too-short journey on this earth. He will be deeply missed, but the memories he created will continue to resonate in the hearts of his family and friends.
