Meredith "Mert" Morris

MORRIS - Peacefully, after a brief and courageous battle with cancer, Meredith "Mert" Morris succumbed to his illness on January 25, 2006 at the Woodstock General Hospital surrounded by his family and friends. Much loved husband of Barb. Loving father of Kelly MacDonald (Jason), Christine Rassaelli and Scott Findlay. Very proud grandpa of Quincy, Shane, Holly and Anthony. Mert was predeceased by parents Bud and Ruth Morris and survived by brothers Mike (Margo), Jim (Pam), Jeff (Sandy), Tim (Jodi) and sister Carolynne MacMillan (John). At Mert's request, cremation has taken place. Friends are invited to join Barb and family on Saturday January 28th, between 2-4 pm at Craigowan Golf and Country Club (Hwy 59 North at Huntingford) to share in remembrance and celebration of Mert's life.
