SHARP - At the Woodstock General Hospital on Friday September 22, 2006. Max J. Sharp of Woodstock at the age of 79 years. Beloved husband of Donna M. Sharp (nee McLeod) for over 53 years. Dear father of Ken Sharp, Cindy Sharp and her husband Eric Kendall all of Woodstock and Jeff Sharp of Toronto. Loved grandfather of Wendy Handel and her husband John, Jennifer Mayes and her husband Michael, Greg Sharp and Aaron Kendall. Dear brother of Don Sharp and Dorothy Courtnage both of Harrington, Joyce Bolton of Strathroy and Ron Sharp and his wife Suzanne of Dunnville. Dear nephew of Bessie Rounds of Harrington and brother-in-law of Doris Sharp of St. Marys, Doug McLeod and his wife Carol of RR# 5, Embro, Marilyn LeFeuvre and her husband Wayne of London, Jerry McLeod of RR# 2, Embro and Kathleen McLeod of Ingersoll. Predeceased by his brother Roy Sharp, sister-in-law Isabelle Sharp and by his brothers-in-law Walter McLeod, Stuart Bolton, and Ted Courtnage. Max was a longtime member of Dundas St. United Church. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave. Woodstock, (519-539-0004) on Monday September 25, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday at 11:00 am with Rev.
