LETWIN- The family of Matthew Letwin sadly announce his sudden passing on Saturday October 8th 2011. Matthew "Matt" Letwin of Woodstock at the age of 19. Cherished son of Sandra and Mario Letwin. Beloved brother of Ashley (Dan Cruz-Ventura) Letwin and Keiran Letwin all of Woodstock. Loved grandson of Marge and Peter Letwin of Barrie and Helen Sweeney and the late James Sweeney of Thunder Bay. Sadly missed nephew of James Sweeney Jr. of Thunder Bay, Michelle (Randy) Zawacki and their children Steven, Lindsay and Erin; Charlene (Bruce) Wakewich and their children Justin, Sarah and Stephanie all of Barrie; Steve (Lynn) Letwin and their children Lorissa, Lyndon and Landen of Wisconsin; Peter (Marg) Letwin and their children Christopher, Jonathan and Alysha of Barrie; John (Janine) Letwin and their children Jacob, Mitchell and Zachary of Thunder Bay. Matt was involved with Woodstock Minor Soccer and St. Mary's High School soccer, both as a player and a coach; Woodstock Minor Hockey; and had an avid love for music taking up both the guitar and drums. Matt was a graduate of St. Patrick's Elementery School, St. Mary's High School Woodstock, and was currently studying Environmental Technology at Fleming College in Lindsay. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him, and his generous personality. Family will receive friends at Maranatha Christian Reformed Church 735 Frontenac Street, Woodstock on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at Maranatha Christian Reformed Church on Friday at 2:00 pm with Father Richard Dales officiating.
