EDDY - At the Woodstock General Hospital on Wednesday August 2, 2006. Mary E. (Nee Wells) Eddy of Canterbury St., Woodstock in her 76th year. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Eddy (1981). Dear mother of Bill and his wife Donna, Gord and his wife Debbie and Elizabeth Toten and her partner Al Jackson. Loved grandmother of Derek, Janna (Jason), Amberly (Jaime), Mitch, Jason (Becky), Blake (Sarah), Adam, Shawn (Melissa), Ian, Jessica (Mark) and great grandmother of Sara, Joseph, Zachary, Connor M., Kailynn and Connor T. Dear sister of Ralph Wells and his wife Dorothy of Woodstock, Ronald Wells and his wife Louise of Calgary and sister-in-law of Ross Livingston and his wife Pat of Bright. Predeceased by her granddaughter Desiree Tuffnail (1992) and by her sister Lenore Livingston (1992). Mary was a member of the Zorra 10th Line Women, a member of Chalmer's United Church and was a longtime member of the Woodstock Lawn Bowling Club where she enjoyed bowling with her many friends. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave. Woodstock, (519-539-0004) on Saturday August 5, 2006 after 2:00 pm where the complete memorial service will take place in the chapel on Saturday at 3:00 pm with Rev. Don Linkletter officiating. Interment in the Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery.
