VISSER, Martje "Martha" (nee Hoiting) - Passed away peacefully at Parkview Meadows Christian Retirement Village, Townsend on Wednesday January 27th, 2016 in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Fedde "Fred" Visser (2003). Loving mother of Albert (Caroline) Visser, Coby (Gaele) Visser, Wilma (Bert) Hartman, Sid (Toby) Visser, Wendy (Clarence) Markus, Betty Ann (Rob) Scharringa and Andrea (Richard) Scharringa. Cherished grandmother of twenty eight grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Lieske deVries, Pieter (Tena) Hoiting, Reintje (Willy) Hoiting, Betty (Hank) Horinga and Annie (Bernard) Evers. Predeceased by her brothers Klaas and Sijbrand Hoiting. Friends will be received at Bethel United Reformed Church, 862 Alice St., Woodstock, on Friday January 29, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, where the funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11:00 am with Pastor James Sinke officiating. Interment at a later date in Hillview Cemetery.
