VanBRENK- Martinus "Martin"- Promoted to Glory, on Wednesday December 31st 2014 in his 86th year. Beloved husband of the late Geertje "Terry" VanBrenk (nee VanRyk)(2014) and the late Margaret VanBrenk (nee Young)(1976). Loved father of Margaret VanBrenk of Woodstock, Ingrid (Anthony) Dickson of Scotland, Renee (Leslie) Mulder, Bert (Tammy) Mulder all of London and Gary (Phyllis) Young of Woodstock. Cherished grandfather of Chris, Kelly, Leah, Angie, Sarah, Kim and great grandfather of Lucas, Dylan, Nevaeh, Brielle, Shannon, Hailey, Helena, Sidney and Holly. Also survived by his sister Mary (Carl) Jefferies, sister-in-law Dinie VanBrenk as well as many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his daughter Linda (Jeff) Laurie and his brother Jim VanBrenk. Martin was a longtime member and volunteer of the Woodstock Salvation Army Community Church, and a member of the Moose Lodge, Woodstock #1141 since 1968. Friends may call at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004) on Friday January 2nd 2015 from 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at the Salvation Army Community Church 769 Juliana Drive, on Saturday January 3rd 2015 at 11:00 am. Interment at Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery.
