Martin Schlueter

SCHLUETER, Martin "Marty" of Windsor, died suddenly and peacefully on May 18, 2011 at Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto from complications following major surgery. Loving father of Jeff (Jacinta) of Woodstock, Doug (Helen Sim) of Kitchener, Julie Schlueter (fiancé Josh Valleau) of Woodstock, special grandfather to Amanda and Tyler and will be missed by his beloved girlfriend Beverly. Marty is survived by his mother Rose , siblings Jane (Oscar) Clemmer, Anna (Donnie) Lannin, Diane (John) Hymers, Darlene Lamond, Joe (Elaine), twin brother Mike, Frank, Neil (Connie) and by his second wife Elaine Schlueter of Chesley. He will be remembered by his many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his first wife Nancy (August 4, 2010), by his sister Betty and by another sister in infancy. Friends are welcome to join the family at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Monday, May 23, 2011 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm, where a funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday at 2pm.
