Martha "Maya" Ann (Tubis) Dynna

DYNNA, Martha Ann “Maya” (née Tubis) – On Monday, July 15th, 2019 Maya passed away peacefully at home.  She was born in Poland on Thursday, September 14th, 1933 and came to Canada with her parents in 1948 after two years in a refugee camp in Germany.  Maya spent twenty plus years in social work, then became very active in both the Woodstock Art Gallery and Museum London for many years.  Her other main interests included music, travel, good books and competitive bridge.  She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Harold and their two sons Mark and Neil.  They lived in Akron Ohio, Karachi Pakistan, and Toronto before settling in Woodstock in 1967.  Private cremation has taken place.  Personal online condolences at www.brockandvisser.com
