Mom was born on a farm and moved to Tillsonburg after the war. She fully embraced life on a farm near Oxford Centre after she married Dad. She was ready and willing to travel along with Dad on their many adventures. We have many memories of camping throughout Canada, Florida, Britain and Europe. The cottage at Eagle Lake was a place that brought her much joy. Mom was a 4-H Homemaker leader, Sunday School superintendent and a member of Bonds Women’s Club. We have many memories of her delicious homemade bread and pies. She shared her sewing, smocking and card making skills with many over the years.
