Marjory Jean (Mccreight) Smith

August 21, 1932 — October 17, 2021

SMITH, Marjory Jean – Passed away peacefully at Woodstock Hospital on Sunday, October 17th, 2021, in her 90th year. Much loved wife of the late Maxwell Smith (2017). Cherished mother of Allan Smith, Bruce (Pam) Smith, the late Maurice Smith (2012) and the late Joanne Phillips (2020). Marjory will also be missed by her daughter-in-law Joyce Smith and son-in-law Dan Phillips. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Gary, Becky, Tracy, Rob, Sara, Ian, Matthew, Derek, Kyle, Jared, Daniel, Patricia, and David along with many nieces and nephews. Marjory is predeceased by her brothers Jack McCreight, Robert McCreight, sister Lynn Ropp and her parents Cecil and Myrtle McCreight. Marjory and Maxwell operated the Bright Cheese and Butter Factory for over 26 years. Cremation has taken place. Friends may visit with the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Avenue, Woodstock, ON. (519-539-0004), on Friday October 22nd, 2021, from 6 pm to 8 pm.  A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday October 23rd, 2021, at 11 am in our Chapel. Visitors are required to RSVP on the Funeral Home website www.brockandvisser.com.  Memorial donations to a charity of one's choice would be appreciated and may be arranged through the funeral home. Expressions of love and sympathy may be placed and viewed online at www.brockandvisser.com
