Marjorie Anne Rylance (Bratt)

Marjorie passed away surrounded by the love of her family on March 23, 2025 at Woodingford Lodge in Ingersoll in her 95th year. She is survived by her husband of 16 years, James Rylance. Predeceased by her husband Neil Bratt, with whom she shared 54 years. Loving mother to David Bratt (late Lois 2025), Murray Bratt, John Bratt (Debbie) and Brian Bratt (Jacqueline). Proud Grandmother of Leah (Bobby), Jonathon, Kris, Stefanie (Andrew), Ashley (Nick), Aaron (Brittany), May, Lily and Jack and Great-Grandmother of 13. She will be fondly remembered by her many extended family members.

Marjorie was born and raised in the Chatham-Kent area, where family still remains. She moved to the Woodstock area in 2002 to be closer to her boys. She married Jim Rylance in 2009, and together they shared a life of love and devotion. Marjorie’s life was one of joy and faith. She will be forever remembered as beaming, with a smile and a joke on her lips. She dedicated her life to her family. She was known for her kindness and generosity, characteristics that will live on in her beloved sons. In keeping with her wishes, a private graveside service will be held.
