Marion Berge - Olmstead

BERGE - OLMSTEAD, Marion - At Alexandra Hospital, Ingersoll on Saturday December 3, 2011. Marion G. L. Berge - Olmstead (nee Cain) of Ingersoll and formerly of Embro in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Douglas Berge (1969) and the late Gordon Olmstead (1989). Cherished mother of Robert (Ann) Berge, Beverley (Perry) Cartmale, Joy Berge, Gloria (Donald) Ross, Glenda (Dan) Morrisette and Step Mother of Jack (Stella) Olmstead. She will be fondly remembered by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren and is survived by her sister Jean McClay. Marion will be sadly missed by Lynda Remmington and family. Predeceased by her step sons George, Jim and Paul Olmstead, brothers Glen and Keith Cain and sister-in-law Barbara Cain and Beatrice Habel. Cremation has taken place at Marion's request. A memorial service to honour Marion's life will be held at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Saturday December 10, 2011 at 2:00 pm with visitation one hour prior to the service. A private interment will take place in Pincrest Cemetery, Ottawa at a later date. If desired, memorial contributions to the Embro Fire Dept. Or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
