Marion Isabel (Ross) Norman

NORMAN Marion Isabel (nee Ross) - Passed away surrounded by the love of family on June 10th, 2016 in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Charles Norman and Clifford Landers. Loving mother of Janice (Gary Zelinka) Landers, Ross (Ernestine) Landers, Laurie (Spiro) Panagiotou and Susan (Steven) Wyatt. Step-mother of George Norman, Edward Norman and Eva Rothenburg. Cherished grandmother of Sonia (Noah Taylor), Julia, Payton, Izabeth, Nikolas, Thomas, Spencer, Jonah, Emily, and Krystyn and great-grandmother of Elliot and many dearly beloved step grandchildren. Dear sister of Marjorie Birtch and Jean Holland. Predeceased by her parents Walter and Mary (nee Chesney) Ross, brothers Alexander Ross, Allen Ross and Neil Ross and by her step-children Timothy Norman, Vicki Card, Melanie Sims, Patricia Norman and by good friends Ivan Palmer and Jacob Muller. Marion graduated from Woodstock General Hospital nursing school in 1952, was a past member of Central United Church and a member and volunteer at Southgate Senior Centre in Woodstock. Friends are invited to meet with the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock - 519-539-0004 on Tuesday June 14, 2016 from 7-9pm, where the service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday June 15, 2016 at 1pm with Pastor Lloyd Bennett officiating. Interment to follow in the Innerkip Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to Canadian Cancer Society " volunteer driver program" would be appreciated, however, it was Marion's request that flowers be sent and enjoyed by all those that attend.
