DEAN- At Woodstock General Hospital on Tuesday July 8, 2003. Marion Elizabeth Dean (nee Jackson) of Cartier Drive Woodstock in her 85th year. Beloved wife of John James Dean. Dear mother of Murray (Gela) Dean and Ken Dean all of Woodstock. Loved grandmother of Monte & Marty Dalgliesh. Dear sister of Preston Jackson and his wife Shirley of P.E.I., and Lillian McDonald of B.C. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a sister Hazel Hooley and a brother Murray Jackson. Marion was a longtime member of Huron Park Baptist Church. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave. Woodstock (539-0004) Thursday 2:30 - 4:30 & 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at Huron Park Baptist Church 199 Berwick St. Woodstock Friday at 1:30 pm with Pastor Marc Freeman officiating. Interment Presbyterian Cemetery. Contributions to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
