MARTENS- At L.H.S.C. (South Street) on Saturday March 29, 2003. Marinus Martens of Hounsfield St. Woodstock in his 82nd year. Beloved husband for 57 years of Petronella (Nellie) Martens (nee Swinkles). Dear father of Gerardus and his wife Margaret of London, Theadora Maloney and her husband Brian of Embro, Anne Zinn and her husband Harold, Bill and his wife Chris all of Woodstock, Rini and his wife Sue of Ingersoll. Loved grandfather of eleven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. Predeceased by a son (1955). Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave. Woodstock (539-0004) Tuesday 2:30-4:30 & 7-9 pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Rita's Roman Catholic Church 904 Dundas St. Woodstock Wednesday at 11:00 am with Father Alan Dufraimont officiating. Contributions to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated. Interment in St. Mary's Cemetery.
