TOXOPEUS, Marilyn - At her residence on Saturday March 3, 2012. Marilyn (nee Gee) Toxopeus of Caressant Care, Woodstock in her 76th year. Beloved wife of the late Harry Toxopeus and companion of the late Paul McAloney. Dear mother of the late Diane Balkema, Jamie Toxopeus, Timmy Doy and Tommy Doy. Loved grandmother of Trevor Blackmore, Andrew Blackmore and Jamie Blackmore, and great-grandmother of six. Sister of Elsie Shelton of Durham and is survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sister Rheta Webb. Marilyn was a past employee of the ORC and Woodstock General Hospital. Friends are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Monday March 5, 2012 from 7-9 pm. A funeral service to celebrate Marilyn's life will be held at the Family Church, 887 Dufferin St., Woodstock on Tuesday at 2:00 pm with Rev. Ken Charlton officiating. Interment in the Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to the Children's Aid Society's Foster Parent Program would be appreciated.
